“The Toranino” is a little salami born from the “Salumificio F.lli Costantini“. This small salami, which owes its name to its hometown Torano Nuovo, has a particularly delicious and inviting taste. It is obtained from highly selected meats such as bacon, shoulder and ham back seasoned for a minimum of 20 days.
It is a small salami of about 100 grams obtained from selected meats such as bacon, shoulder and ham bottom, wrapped in natural casing. Matured for at least 20 days.
This salami is produced by the Salumificio F.lli Costantini at their factory in Torano Nuovo (Province of Teramo – Abruzzo – ITALY).
