The Pressed Salami by “Salumificio F.lli Costantini” is the original salami from the area near L’Aquila, now produced throughout the Abruzzo region, is characterized by its flattened shape and spicy, decisive and genuine taste.
The Costantini family for three generations has kept and handed down the secrets of the processing of this homegrown gastronomic specialty, whose origin can probably be traced back to the Gothic and Lombard shepherds who settled on our mountains in Late Antiquity.
The average weight of the product is about 400 gr.
This salami is produced by the Salumificio F.lli Costantini at their factory in Torano Nuovo (Province of Teramo – Abruzzo – ITALY).
