The secret of the “Gran Riserva” Ham by “Salumificio F.lli Costantini” begins with a careful selection of pigs: only Italian pigs of prestigious and selected breeds; the meats are left to mature for about 18 months.
The excellent raw material allows the use of very low quantities of salt which gives the ham an unparalleled sweetness and the particularly long seasoning enriches its aroma and fragrance.
Subsequently the ham is carefully boned and vacuum-sealed, making it “Easy to Slice and Special to taste.”
The weight varies from 9 to 12 kg.
This ham is produced by the Salumificio F.lli Costantini at their factory in Torano Nuovo (Province of Teramo – Abruzzo – ITALY).
